Ebisuya-cho Machiya

恵美須屋町 町家

The Ebisuya-cho machiya was built in the 1980's, the era when traditional

machiya architecture reached its height of sophistication.

This machiya is located within a few minutes walk from the Iori office.

The Ebisuya-cho machiya features an exquisite tearoom on its first floor, a charming tsuboniwa garden visible from the tatami living room, and a cedar wood bath. The wooden floor living room on the second floor is decorated with antique folding screens.
